Adrigole Harbour is a safe refuge for boats under almost any weather condition. The harbour consists of a pier, Orthons island, a mussel farm, buoys with boats, and wildlife (like the seal colony on the North end of the harbour). Road access is by a narrow side road which joins the main Glengarriff/Castletownbere road at the Adrigole GAA sports pitch.
Fans of marine activities are welcome to explore the harbour with the West Cork Sailing Centre that offers a wide range of courses and instruction, including canoeing, speedboat training and a certification service for those wishing to apply for a sailing licenses.
